All of our subscription boxes fit through most standard UK letter boxes. We send everything via Royal Mail, and orders can take 7-10 working days to arrive, due to current global events.

Rest assured that we track all of our deliveries – just a little peace of mind for you!

If for some reason you haven't received your order within seven working days, please email us at info@ffs.co.uk and we will do everything we can to assist you.

All recurring deliveries above £6 are eligible for free delivery anything under £6 will be charged £1.95 shipping costs.

Returns

We're convinced you're going to love your new FFS razor, however, if you have any problems with your product and subscription, please email us at info@ffs.co.uk. As we offer free delivery, unfortunately we are not able to offer a free returns service, unless your razor is faulty.

Not Satisfied with our Tan

We believe in our tan, shop with confidence with our 30-day 100% money-back guarantee on our tanning mousse (excluding the shipping fee) if you’re not happy with it. We will process your refund after we receive the returned products, provided they are returned within 30 days of purchase. Please see the “Returns” section below for return instructions.
