💼 When did you start working at FFS Beauty?
I joined in July 2020 – it feels like yesterday and forever ago all at once!
🧠 Describe your role in one sentence
Helping manage and improve customer experience (basically making sure everyone loves us as much as we love them!).
☕ What does a typical workday look like for you?
There’s no such thing as a typical day 😂 – every one brings something new, which keeps things exciting!
💖 What’s your favourite thing about working at FFS Beauty?
The people. We’re a crazy, wonderful bunch, and I wouldn’t change it for the world.
🎅 Most memorable FFS moment?
Easy – Des in his Lycra Santa suit. That image will never leave me!
🪒 Your forever favourite FFS product?
The Razor and Shave Cream combo (technically two, but let’s be honest – they’re inseparable!). The perfect pair for the smoothest results.
📚 What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I love reading, a bit of DIY, and movie nights – preferably with snacks and a good blanket!
