Most of our subscription orders will fit through standard UK letter boxes.

We are confident that your FFS razor will last you a lifetime. That’s why we’ve introduced our ‘Lifetime Handle Warranty’ policy! By purchasing an FFS razor, you are automatically activating your Lifetime Handle Warranty with us.

To request a new handle replacement, please send a photo of your handle to our team by emailing info@ffs.co.uk

What is covered:

  • Peeling handles (if you discover the coating is peeling, we will replace this for you)
  • Faulty elements (we will replace faulty clips, button and grips)

What is not covered:

  • Losing/misplacing the razor handle
  • New handle design replacement (e.g.: wanting a different colour)
  • Damage to the handle caused by neglect (e.g.: dropping the handle from a height)
  • Damage to the handle caused by modification (e.g.: not using FFS blades)

FAQs

Shave as often as you need too… Some prefer to shave every day, every other day or just a few times a month! Just do what feels right for you and makes you feel your best.

Firstly, make sure you’re using long strokes! Secondly, make sure your skin is warm from the water to avoid shaving over goose bumps. Don’t forget to change your blade regularly to stop it from going dull, a sharp blade really does help you to achieve a super close shave without dreaded irritation!

Pick up your razor and make sure the skin is wet to soften the hairs, then apply our shave cream ready for your closest shave yet! Take your razor and start shaving in long strokes, if you’re shaving your legs, start at the ankles and move upwards. For underarms, you can shave up, down and sideways to catch every hair. For the bikini area, start off shaving in the direction of hair growth and then shave against for a closer shave!

Yes, it really does! Our shave cream helps to prevent nicks and cuts when shaving by softening the hair and adding a protective layer. We’ve added manuka honey, shea butter and coconut oil to also help lock in moisture (plus, it smells amazing!)

Best razors I have ever used and I LOVE the convenience of a subscription service and reduction in plastic waste!! Have had the same handle for years and it’s still as good as new. Great introductory price! The razor is very pretty, sleek and i like the rose gold finish. When using - the blades left the smoothest finish!
The downside is that the holder falls off and when shaving the handle is quite slippery. It could do with some kind of sleeve (maybe in different colours?) So i could get a better grip.
Still a great product and i like that i can post the blades back when finished to be recycled.
