πΌ When did you start working at FFS Beauty?
I joined in July 2020 β it feels like yesterday and forever ago all at once!
π§ Describe your role in one sentence
Helping manage and improve customer experience (basically making sure everyone loves us as much as we love them!).
β What does a typical workday look like for you?
Thereβs no such thing as a typical day π β every one brings something new, which keeps things exciting!
π Whatβs your favourite thing about working at FFS Beauty?
The people. Weβre a crazy, wonderful bunch, and I wouldnβt change it for the world.
π Most memorable FFS moment?
Easy β Des in his Lycra Santa suit. That image will never leave me!
πͺ Your forever favourite FFS product?
The Razor and Shave Cream combo (technically two, but letβs be honest β theyβre inseparable!). The perfect pair for the smoothest results.
π What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I love reading, a bit of DIY, and movie nights β preferably with snacks and a good blanket!
